How to report infringing content so we can remove it quickly.
File a takedown notice
Email the following to contact@illustricon.com with the subject "DMCA takedown".
- Your full name, address, and an email where we can reach you.
- Identification of the copyrighted work (e.g. a link to the original).
- The exact Illustricon URL(s) of the allegedly infringing asset.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
- We review the notice — incomplete notices are the #1 cause of delays, so please include everything above.
- Valid notices lead to removal of the asset, usually within a few business days.
- If you believe content was removed in error, reply with a counter-notice containing the same six items plus consent to your local court's jurisdiction.
